Suspicious Acts Towards Children (need ID only)

NARRATIVE: On 3/18/09 at about 0730 hours, the victim was standing near her locker at James Denman School on the west end of the building when she was approached by the suspect who called the victim by her name and gave her a lollypop. The victim had never seen the suspect before.

On 3/19/09 at approximately 1415 hours, the same victim left school and took the 29 bus home. The suspect followed her and got onto the same bus. The victim got off the bus at McDonalds restaurant. The suspect followed her in the McDonalds and followed her again when she left to walk back to school. The victim turned and saw the suspect motioning with his finger for her to comer over to him. The suspect continued to follow her back to school.

SUSPECT: WMA, 30-35 years old, 5'8 , 150 lbs., curly black hair pulled back, thin face with red splotchy acne marks on chin and face.

LSW: Blue collared shirt, blue jeans, new Nike's with black swish.
