            (Members of the public may address the Police Commission for a time period determined by the Chair, not to exceed three minutes, on items that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission but do not appear on the agenda.  Speakers shall address their remarks to the Commission as a whole and not to individual Commissioners or Department or OCC personnel.  Under the Police Commission Rules of Order, during the Public Comment, Commissioners are not to enter into debate or discussion with speakers.)

4.         Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution urging the Board of Supervisors to authorize the Police Department to conduct Criminal Background Checks pursuant to State Law for the purpose of Investigating Applications for certain permits and licenses issued by the Chief of Police (ACTION ITEM)

 

5.         Discussion and possible action to adopt proposed Objectives and Criteria for Setting Priorities and List of Commission Priorities (ACTION ITEM)

 

6.         Public Comment on all matters pertaining to Closed Session (Item 8 below), including public comment on whether to go into Closed Session.

 

7.         Vote on whether to hold Closed Session (ACTION ITEM) 

  

8.         Closed Session

            a.         Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) and San Francisco             Administrative Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:

                        PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:   Assignment of Disciplinary Charges filed in             Case No. ALW C11-015 to a Commissioner for taking of evidence on a date to be        determined by the Commissioner (ACTION ITEM)

            b.         Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) and San Francisco             Administrative Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:

                        PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:   Assignment of Disciplinary Charges filed in             Case No. JWA C-11-001 to a Commissioner for taking of evidence on a date to be        determined by the Commissioner (ACTION ITEM)

            c.         Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 and San Francisco Administrative             Code    Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:

            PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:  Discussion and possible action to issue Commission subpoenas in the Appeal of the Chief’s Suspension in Case No. KMO D10-188 (ACTION ITEM)

9.         Vote to elect whether to disclose any or all discussion held in closed session (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.12(a)) (ACTION ITEM)
