1.         Approval of Consent Calendar (ACTION ITEM)

            a.         Request by Inspector John Keane for approval to accept a gift basket, valued at        approximately $25.00, from Ms. Rosa Pedrosa

            b.         Request by the Chief of Police to accept a donation of $6,000.00 from the Supporters of     San Francisco Police Department Wilderness Adventure Youth Program for use by the    San Francisco Police Department’s Wilderness Program

 

2.         Adoption of Minutes (ACTION ITEM)

            -           For the meetings of October 2nd, 6th, 20th, November 17th, December 1st & 8, 2010

 

3.         Public Comment

            PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION:  Chief of Police

            Review of findings and decision to return officer to duty following officer-involved shooting (OIS Case No. 10-015 & Case No. 11-001) (DISCUSSION ONLY)

            b.         Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) and San Francisco

Administrative Code Section 67.10(d)(1): (DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION)

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL:  Existing Litigation:

Liberato Primer, Jr. v. CCSF, S.F. Superior Court Case No. 09-493199, filed 10/5/09.  Discussion and possible action to recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve recommended settlement in the action.

            c.         Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1) and San Francisco

Administrative Code Section 67.10(b) and Penal Code 832.7:

PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:  Discussion and possible action to accept or reject Stipulated Disposition of disciplinary charges filed in Case No. JWA C10-196

 (ACTION ITEM)

            d.         Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 and San Francisco Administrative        Code    Section             67.10(b) and Penal Code Section 832.7:

            PERSONNEL EXCEPTION:  Discussion and possible action to grant or deny Motion for Dismissal of Disciplinary Charges filed in Case Nos. KMO C08-127 & KMO C08-162 pursuant to Government Code Section 3304(d) (ACTION ITEM)

            The following time limits will apply:

            Arguments by the Department:  10 minutes direct examination; 5 minutes cross examination by defense
